Description of Organisation

Everyone’s different. Fortunately so are we
We focus on being a bold and positive leader in our chosen markets and within the accounting profession. We’re the UK’s fifth largest accountancy firm, with 30 UK offices and 4,000 staff, providing advice to clients of every description. We’ve got a presence in over 100 different countries, so there’s the potential for international exposure.

We believe in giving people responsibility —early on
We encourage all our trainees to take ownership and drive their development by putting their new skills into practice straight away. So whether you’re working with a household name or a smaller client, you’ll be face-to-face with finance directors, government bodies business owners, influential non-executive directors and well-known financial institutions.

We believe in providing specialised training
Our graduate scheme has been designed to help you become a qualified professional as smoothly and quickly as possible. Our national induction programme and training courses are held at our dedicated training centre, Bradenham Manor, where you will gain essential business, technical and professional skills through a selection of courses. Beyond qualification, your career development will feature specialist and managerial training, and for some people, progression to partnership. We take an individual focused approach to training via tailored feedback and support.
