The work experience will provide you with the professional knowledge, skills, experience and attributes you will need once qualified as a CA. There are around 1000 vacancies with hundreds of different types of employers UK-wide.

Only ICAS authorised employers can offer CA training.

Description of vacancy(s) offered
We predominantly offer a three-year training contract in Business Services, although roles also exist in Tax, Corporate Finance, and Restructuring and Recovery. There’s plenty of early responsibility, coupled with far-reaching variety across lots of sectors and sizes of business. All of this means you’ll have to be on your toes from day one, eager to soak up as much information as possible, but you’ll be well supported every step of the way with a dedicated training programme which will take you through everything from the basics, like auditing balance sheet items to more complex assignments which will see you taking responsibility and enjoying autonomy. In just 18 months you could be working on major projects and supervising staff.

Minimum entry requirements : We recruit graduates from all degree disciplines who have achieved a 2:2 or above. As well as an excellent academic record of achievement, you should bring a strong commercial awareness and genuine interest in business.
