There are a wide range of employers around the UK within which you can train to become a CA. The work experience will provide you with the professional knowledge, skills, experience and attributes you will need once qualified as a CA. There are around 1000 vacancies with hundreds of different types of employers UK-wide.
Only ICAS authorised employers can offer CA training.

Description of vacancy(s) offered
We look to employ staff with enthusiasm and commitment to provide a high quality, added value service to our clients. We have a strong training ethos and are able to offer an intensive training programme and exposure to a wide and varied series of assignments. Your skills will be developed in accountancy/audit and taxation and your IT and business development exposure will be substantial.
In addition to compliance work you will have exposure to a wide and varied series of ad-hoc assignments.
As your experience grows, invariably your client exposure will increase as will your level of responsibility. To equip you to deal with this, personal skills training is provided.
Minimum entry requirements : 2:1 (fully accredited or qualifying degree) with no requirement for a work permit
Application procedure : We normally advertise our vacancies in September, with a deadline of mid November. Interviews are carried out in the latter part of November.
