There are a wide range of employers around the UK within which you can train to become a CA. The work experience will provide you with the professional knowledge, skills, experience and attributes you will need once qualified as a CA. There are around 1000 vacancies with hundreds of different types of employers UK-wide.
Only ICAS authorised employers can offer CA training.
Number of vacancies : 200 graduate vacancies. (10 in Scotland - 9 in Audit and 1 in Tax)
Location of vacancy(s) : UK wide. In Scotland, we take on graduates in our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.

Our commitment to training is second to none. Your initial training, at our dedicated facility, will get you off to a flying start with general business development as well as the technical skills training required to pass your exams. Over time your project will cover a broad range of client-related work and may provide an opportunity for secondment to a specialist business-related area.
As your experience grows, invariably your client exposure will increase as will your level of responsibility. To equip you to deal with this, personal skills training is provided.
Minimum entry requirements : We are looking for graduates who are energetic, enthusiastic and can apply a high degree of practical intelligence to business challenges. You will need to have a good academic record and be expecting a 2.1 Honours degree, or better. For ACA, CA, CTA, you will need a minimum of 300 UCAS points and for ACCA training, a minimum of 240 UCAS. All applicants must have a minimum of B grade in Higher Maths and English.
