Description of Organisation
Greaves West & Ayre are a dynamic, rapidly expanding practice of nine partners and 80 staff, based in the tranquil North Northumberland Borders town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. With the practice ethos of ‘Quality Service, Quality Advice’, we strive to meet all our clients’ needs – from standard services of accounts preparation, auditing, taxation compliance, PAYE and VAT processing through to additional services such as wealth planning and IT solutions.
Our commitment to staff training and development is demonstrated by the fact that seven of our nine partners have trained, and been admitted to partnership, with the firm. Future growth is constrained only by the number of partners and qualified staff we have and we are therefore looking to recruit the seniors and partners of the future.
Our clients range from the small, ‘one-man-band’ businesses to multi-million pound turnover organisations. Mainly located in North Northumberland and the Scottish Borders, we have clients spread across the whole of the UK, and across a variety of sectors, including a healthy rural sector.
