There are around 1000 vacancies with hundreds of different types of employers UK-wide.

This is a scheme designed not only to give you broad understanding of HBOS finance, but also to help you develop the skills and experience you need for a career in accountancy.
Over the course of a series of placements in various accounting functions, you'll gain hands-on exposure to all areas of financial management within a large, diverse business. Accountancy within HBOS is about interacting with the business, analysing data, and transforming it into valuable management information. And you'll find yourself constantly challenged, as you get involved in financial reporting, business finance, decision support and finance operations, as well as a wide range of specific projects.
To help you get the most out of your time on the scheme, we'll provide you with a tailored development programme, and you'll be assigned your own personal mentor who will be there to guide you and offer advice.
Minimum entry requirements : 2.1 maths, accountancy, economics or business related degree
